Managing a
toll road is a complex process relying on a dedicated team
of individuals insuring your transit is smooth, safe, and
carefree. An integral part of the Southern Connector Toll
Road is our customer service center. As more electronic toll
systems are implemented throughout the country, the customer
service staff at the service center's are fast
becoming the primary interface for patrons of the roadway.
The Southern Connector customer service center handles distribution of PalPass
tags; establishes, replenishes, and manages accounts; processes
reports of lost or stolen tags; issues transaction statements
and receipts; handles account termination and tag
relinquishment; and much more. Our service center offers the ability to handle
your account in person, by
mail or phone, or even online! We pride ourselves on
exceeding your expectations by delivering an outstanding
level of service to you, our respected customers.
