Pal Pass Website Unavailable
The online
website used to monitor your account balances,
palmettopass.net, will be unavailable for the foreseeable
future. We're rebuilding our database to ensure your
security and provide quicker access.
Palmetto Pass members can access their account information,
and make any changes (including credit card information)
right here at southernconnector.com. Click on the "Pal Pass
Members" tab above
and highlight "Update Account Info".
Current balance and/or account activity statements will be
emailed to you upon request. Please request your current
balance and/or activity statement by emailing
myaccount@southernconnector.com.
Please include the name listed on the Pal Pass account or
the account number itself. For activity statements also
include the date range requested. We will email your
activity statement in PDF format. Current balance requests
will be responded to via email.
